Tratok Ticket Support

In order to streamline support requests, avoid multiple team members addressing the same issue and provider a better and logged service to the community, Tratok has decided to implement a ticketing system. Due to the stability, and user friendliness, we have decided to use the open source program osTicket.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
